  Absolutely most shady company you can possibly deal with. Many people ignore reviews thinking some bitter customer is being unreasonable, so want proof? Can you find a single name on the internet of a person that works there? Nope, because they are super shady and won't hold themselves accountable at all. The "about us" is vague and they all hide behind an "owner" who is never there. Owner also doesn't have a name and you can find no info on this company, except the B- on BBB. Do they collect reviews on their site? Nope, because they know they'll get predominantly negative responses and even if they delete them from the site, google will have a record of them. The fraudulent practices they conduct are literally mind boggling. You think you have protection from orders you place online? Think again. They know how to play the fraud game well. Ps - they are lovely when you order, so don't be fooled.
